This notice is regarding the land located in the survey number 1332 (old survey number 738) in the village of Devkaranan Muvada, Dahegam taluka, Gandhinagar district. The land belongs to Sumanben, widow of Jayantiji Keshaji, and Kishan Jayantiji Solanki. The total area of the land is 1-83-77 hectares, of which 0-47-56 hectares is being sold. This is an old sale agreement for agricultural land and the sale price is Rs. 3.40 per hectare. We, the owners of the land, are seeking a title clearance certificate. If any person or institution has any claim, interest, burden, lien, encumbrance, etc., on this land, they must provide proof within seven days.
