PUBLIC NOTICE Take notice that my client has agreed to purchase and acquire a residential flat/apartment bearing No. 301, admeasuring about 597 Sq.ft. (Carpet) inclusive of attached terrace admeasuring about 88 sq.ft., open balcony admeasuring about 36 sq.ft., situated on the third floor and together with covered car parking admeasuring 100 Sq.ft., on the Ground floor of the building known as "BELLA DONNA" being lying and situate at Survey No. 34, Hissa No. 2, Plot No. 85, Village Dhanori, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, from the owner namely Rama Ramanand Sutradhar, after marriage Name Mrs. Rama Ravikant Reddy and has made advance part payment of the agreed consideration to the said owner. The said Owner has assured my client that her title to the said flat is good, clean, marketable and free from all other encumbrances and that she has absolute right and authority to deal and dispose off the same. If any person/s is/are having any claim or interest in the said flat by way of agreement, sale, mortgage, charge, lease, sub lease, lien, license, easement, gift, trust, tenancy, possession or otherwise whatsoever, may intimate the same to the undersigned, together with the documentary proofs in support thereof, within a period of 7 days from the date hereof and if no such claim is received within the aforesaid period, it would be deemed that no such claim exists or the same shall be deemed to have been consciously waived, whereupon my client will proceed to complete the transaction, which please note.
