Bangali, hereby, on the instructions and at the behest of our client, give this public notice and make it known that: Khata No. 405, Survey/Block No. 161 (Old Survey/Block No. 6905/1/1/3), 3-30-58 Hectare, of old tenure agricultural land, situated at Moje Dharusana, Taluka Visnagar, District Mehsana, is owned by: (1) Patel Rajendrakumar Amratlal and (2) Patel Jitendrakumar Amratlal, both residing at Dharusana, as joint owners in joint possession. Except the owners of the said land, there is no other person, entity or organization having any right, share, interest, tenancy or leasehold rights on the said land. No encumbrance or charge of any person, financial institution or bank exists over the said land. There are no pending or ongoing disputes or claims. The rights and title of the land are clear and marketable. The land owners have applied to us for a certificate to this effect. Therefore, if any person has any right, share, interest or any objection to the issuance of a title clearance certificate, they are hereby requested to file their written objection with supporting proof (objections without proof shall not be considered) with us within 7 days from the date of this notice. In the event of any failure to do so, it shall be understood and presumed that no other person has any rights or interests on the said land, and if any, it is deemed to be waived.
