Bangali, hereby give this public notice on the instruction and order of our client, that in the land of Khata No. 197, Survey/Block No. 162 (old Survey/Block No. 63 out of 1) in Dharusana, Taluka Visnagar, District Mehsana, the 7-24-65 Hectare old term agricultural land belongs to (1) Patel Jitendrakumar Amrutlal, (2) Patel Bharatiben Jitendrabhai, (3) Patel Sujankumar Jitendrabhai and (4) Patel Pujan Jitendrakumar, all residents of Dharusana, as co-owners in joint possession and enjoyment. No one except the owners of the said land has any share, right, interest, or any kind of right of tenancy, leasehold, or occupancy in the said land, nor is there any burden, charge or claim of any person, financial institution or bank on the said land, or any claim is pending. And the rights, title and ownership of the said land are clear and marketable. The land owners have demanded a certificate of title clearance from us. Therefore, if any person has any share, right, interest in the said land or any objection to the issuance of title clearance certificate, he may notify us in writing with documentary evidence within 7 days from today (otherwise objections will not be considered). It is hereby notified that no one has any right or interest in the said land and if there is any, it is waived. We will then issue the title clearance certificate.
