Public Notice We, Advocate Shree Mustafa B. Bangali, hereby, on the instructions and at the behest of our client, issue this public notice to inform that the land situated at Moje Dharusana, Taluka Visnagar, District Mehsana, bearing Khato No. 391, Survey/Block No. 166 (Old Survey/Block No. 63 Pai ki 3), measuring 2-17-29 Hect. Are. Cho. Mi. of old Sherat, agricultural land, is in the sole ownership, possession and enjoyment of Patel Ramilaben Rajeshkumar, alias Rajendrabhai, Dharusana. Except the said land owner, no one else has any share, right, interest or any kind of right, tenancy right or carriage right in the said land. There is no encumbrance or charge on the said land by any person, financial institution or bank, and there are no pending claims or disputes. The title of the said land is clear and marketable and the land owner has requested a certificate from us. Therefore, if any person has any share, right, interest in the said land or objection to issuing a title clearance certificate, then please inform us in writing along with authenticated proof (objections without proof will not be considered) within seven days from today, i.e., the date of this notice. In case of any failure to do so, it shall be presumed that no one else has any right or interest in the said land and that if anyone has any such right, it shall be deemed to have been waived.
