Bangali, hereby give this public notice on the instructions and order of our client, that the land of plot no. 393, survey/block no. 169 (Old survey/block no. 63 out of 5) in the village of Dharusana, Taluka Visnagar, District Mahesana, measuring 2-16-64 Hectare is in the sole ownership and possession of Patel Mehul Kumar Rajesh Kumar alias Rajendra Bhai resident of Dharusana. There is no share, right, interest or any other right of any kind of any other person in this land, neither any right of tenancy or occupancy, nor any burden or charge of any person, financial institution or bank, and no claim or dispute is pending. And the rights and title of this land are clear and marketable. The land owner has requested us for a certificate of title clearance. Therefore, if any person has any kind of share, right, or interest in the said land, or any objection to the issuance of a title clearance certificate, then he/she should inform us in writing with certified evidence (objections without evidence will not be considered) from today to 7 days from this date. In case of failure to do so, it will be deemed that no other person has any right or interest in the said land, and if there is any, it is deemed to have been waived.
