The owner wishes to sell this land and has requested for a title clearance certificate from us. The owner has declared that this land is under his/her sole ownership and possession, and is free from all kinds of encumbrances. If anyone has any interest, right, claim, mortgage, gift, possession, easement, etc. over the said land, then they should inform us in writing with proof within 7 days of the publication of this notice, along with their registered address.
