Public Notice It is hereby notified to the public that District Ahmedabad, Sub District Dholka, Taluk, Village Moje Dholka, Land Record Number 1180, Block/Survey Number 1910/ 112, Area - 2-42-82 (24282.00 sq.mts) Non-agricultural land, value Rs 1974.90, belongs to: 1) Nimeshkumar Ranchhodbhai 2) Amitkumar Ranchhodbhai. The land is in the sole ownership of the above mentioned parties, their possession and enjoyment is free and clear of all encumbrances. The rights and title of the above mentioned non-agricultural land are clear and marketable. This land is proposed to be sold to our client. Our client has made a request to confirm the above mentioned non-agricultural land owner's title as clear and marketable. Therefore, if any person has any claim, right, interest, lien, charge, or any other claim, objection, dispute, etc. regarding the above mentioned non-agricultural land, then they should inform us in writing along with certified copies of evidence within seven days of this public notice.
