It is hereby informed to the public that the property located at Moje Manjalpur, Taluka G. Vadodara in Registration District Vadodara, Sub-District Vadodara, included in T.P. Scheme No. 18 on Final Plot No. 140, which is registered as City Survey No. 462. The property on Final Plot No. B-3 in Sheetalphunj Co.Op.Ho.So.Ltd, with an area of 122.00 sq.m., includes constructions on both the ground floor and the first floor. The owner of this property, Mrugesh Ajitray Mankad, has declared that they have sole ownership, possession, and entitlement of the property and decided to sell the property to us. Therefore, we have been requested for a title clearance certificate. To this end, any individual, organization, bank, or financial institution that has any claim, interest, lien, or stake in the said property should submit any objections with written proof to the address below within six days from the publication of this notice. If no objections are received within the specified period, the property will be regarded as having clear and marketable title, and we will issue a Title Clearance Certificate. Subsequent to the period, no objections will be considered valid. Note: Objections without written proof will not be considered and accepted as valid.
