This is to inform the general public that the owners of the non-agricultural land mentioned in the annexure - (1) Ritesh Govindbhai Dalwadi, (2) Bhupendra Harilal Prajapati (Dalwadi) (3) Mukesh Shantilal Prajapati (4) Hansaben Ratilal Prajapati (Dalwadi) (5) Surekhaben Bipinbhai Prajapati and others - 13, wish to sell the said property to our client, stating that the title is in their joint ownership, possession, enjoyment and is free from encumbrances. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us. Therefore, all concerned and the general public are hereby notified that if anyone has any claim, interest, right, or share in the said property, they should file their objections in writing with proof within 10 days of the publication of this notice at the address mentioned below. If they fail to do so, the person/entity concerned will be deemed to have waived their objections/claims, and the title of the said property will be deemed to be their ownership, possession, enjoyment, free from encumbrances and clean.
