This is to inform the public that the owners of the non-agricultural land mentioned in the annexure below - (1) Ritesh Govindbhai Dalwadi, (2) Bhupendrabhai Harilal Prajapati (Dalwadi) (3) Mukesh Shantilal Prajapati (4) Hansaben Ratilal Prajapati (Dalwadi) (5) Surekhaben Bipinbhai Prajapati and others - 13, desire to sell the said property to our client, claiming joint ownership, possession and enjoyment and being free of encumbrances. And our client has requested us for a Title Clearance Certificate. Therefore, this public notice is to inform all concerned as well as the public that if anyone has any claim, right of enjoyment or any other right or interest in the said property, then they should register their objections in writing along with proof within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice at the following address. If they fail to do so, then the person/institution holding the interest will be deemed to have failed to register their objections/claims, and they will be deemed to have waived their rights and interests, and the title of the said property will be considered to be their ownership, possession, enjoyment, free from encumbrances and clean. This means that a Title Clearance Certificate will be issued and thereafter, the public should note that no dispute will be entertained.

આથી જજાહેરજનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છેકે, નીચે પરિશિષ્ટમાં જણાવેલ બિન-ખેતીની જમીનના માલિકો - (૧) રિતેશ ગોવિંદભાઇ દલવાડી, (૨) ભૂપેન્દ્ર હરીલાલ પ્રજાપતિ (દલવાડી) (૩) મુકેશ શાંતિલાલ પ્રજાપતિ (૪) હંસાબેન રતિલાલ પ્રજાપતિ (દલવાડી) (૫) સુરેખાબેન બિપીનભાઇ પ્રજાપતિ અને અન્ય - ૧૩, દ્વારા સદર મિલકતનું ટાઈટલ, તેમની સંચુકત માલિકી, કબજા ભોગવટા અને બીન-બોજા વાળું હોવાનું જણાવી અમારા અસીલને વેચાણ આપવા માંગે છે. અને અમારા અસીલ એ અમારી પાસેથી ટાઇટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીક્ેટની માંગણી કરેલી છે. આથી, આ જાહેર નોટીસ થી તમામ લાગતા વળગતા તેમજ જાહેર જનતા ને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે, સદર મીલકત ઉપર કોઇનો લાગ-ભાગ, ગણોત હકક, અન્યા કોઇનો હકક-હિસ્સો પોષાતો હોય તો તે અંગેના વાંધા લેખીતમાં પુરાવા સહ, આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયાના દિન-૧૦ માં નીચેના સરનામે નોંધાવા. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો હિત ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ/ સંસ્થા પોતાના વાંધા/ કલેઇમ રજૂ કરવામાં નિષ્ફળ જશે, તો તેમણે પોતાના હકક-હિત (વેવ) જતાં કરેલ છે, તેમ માનવાને કારણ રહેશે અને સદર મિલકતનું ટાઇટલ તેમની માલિકી, કબજા ભોગવટા, બિન-બોજવાળી અને ચોખ્ખી છે. તે મતલબનું ટાઇટલ કલીયરેસ સર્ટિફિકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઇપણ તકરાર ચાલશે નહી તેની જાહેરજનતાએ નોંધલેવી. પ્‌રિશિષ્ઠ રજી. ડીસ્ટ્રીક વડોદરા, સબ ડિસ્ટ્રિકટ વડોદરા, મોજે ગામ માંજલપુર, સર્વે નં. ૫૩૯/૧, (એકત્ર ૫૨૮, ૫૨૯/૧, ૫૨૯/૨, ૫૩૦), સિટી સર્વેનં. ૨૪૩૭, ટી.પી. સ્કીમ નં.૧૯, ફાઇનલ પ્લોટનં. ૧૩૪ પૈકી તથા ફાઇનલ પ્લોટન . ૧૩૫જેનુંમાપ૧૧૧૬૮ચો.મી. વાળી જમીન ત/૩-૦૪-૨૦૨૫ અસીલની સુચના બનાતવાલા એડવોકેટ્સ (એડવોકેટ) અને ફરમાઈશથી લિન હરેન્દ્ર બનાતવાલ 3 ત્રીજે માળ, અર્બત-૨, અક્ષ પેવેલીયન સામે, પ્રિયા ટોકીઝ પાસે, ભાયલી, વડોદરા.૩૯૧૪૧૦ (મો) ૯૮૨૫૦૪૯૩00
