PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that M/S VIJAYSHREE ALLOYS (PUNE) PVT. LTD; THROUGH ITS DIRECTOR MR. KALPESH PRAKESH OSWAL, represented to my client that, they are the absolute owners, possessor and sufficiently entitled to the below stated property in schedule and have agreed to sale and transfer all their right, title and interest in the below mentioned property in favor of my client and availed token amount from my client and assured to my client that, the below mentioned property is free from all encumbrances, charges, claims and demands whatsoever.
