Public Notice Located in Laxmanpura, District Mehsana, Sub-District Kadi, the land under the boundaries according to re-survey numbers 015 (old survey no. 182) and 1228 (old survey no. 185/1) is involved in a project known as 'Shilpgram-7'. In this plan, sub-plot no. 101 in zone-B, comprising a 626 sq.m open plot along with a 220 sq.m unshared plot area, is owned, possessed, and occupied by Shwetaben Chirag Bhatt, free from all encumbrances and legal disputes. There has been a request for our opinion regarding title clearance. If anyone has any type of claim, charge, lien, or ownership rights, they must notify us with written proof within 7 days hereunder, failing which it will be deemed that no such rights exist, and after the expiry of this deadline, a certificate regarding the title clearance will be issued, thereafter no disputes regarding any right will be entertained.
