Public Notice Located at Laxmanpura, under District Mehsana and Sub-district K, as per the re-survey of the Land boundaries of Laxmanpura village, Survey No. 1211 (Old Survey No. 475), there is a planned scheme known as 'Shilpgram-7'. Within Zone B, sub-plot No. 38, a plot of 560 sq. meters has been declared. The property, including the rights not partitioned within the land plot, is owned and possessed free of all kinds of encumbrances and legal disputes by (1) Chirag Mahendrabhai Patel, (2) Chetan Shankarbhai Patel, and (3) Kaushal Pravinbhai Patel. They have requested a title clearance opinion for this property.
