Public Notice In the village of Laxmanpura, in the district of Mehsana, taluka Kadi, a residential plot scheme named "Shilpgram-7" is located on non-agricultural land in block/survey No. 1211 (pre-re-survey survey No. 475) and other survey numbers. In Zone-B of this scheme, a private sub-plot No. 129 with an open plot area of 719 square meters, along with the common plot within the entire land, internal roads and pathways, and the fenced area of 263 square meters excluding the common plot and roads, totaling 982 square meters, is the property of Bhavesh Kumar Sitaram Bhai Patel. The property is owned, possessed and enjoyed by Bhavesh Kumar Sitaram Bhai Patel and is free from all encumbrances. This is being sold by him to our client and our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us. If anyone has any claim, right, interest, share, claim, mortgage, encumbrance, charge, loan, objection or protest over the said property, please inform us in writing within 7 days from the date of this notice, along with proof of the claim (objections without proof will not be considered) at the address given below.
