Public Notice In the village Laxmanpura, Taluka Kadi, District Mehsana, there is a residential plot scheme named "Shilpgram-7" on non-agricultural land in Block/Survey No. 1211 (survey no. 475 before re-survey) and other survey numbers. In this scheme, the private sub-plot No. 129 in Zone-B, measuring 719 sq.m., with open plot, along with the common plot in the entire land, and the area of 263 sq.m. of the internal road and road without divided fence, totaling 982 sq.m., is owned by Bhavesh Kumar Sitaram Bhai Patel, and he has full ownership, possession and enjoyment, and is free of all encumbrances. Our client has requested us to provide a title clearance certificate. Therefore, if anyone has any claim, interest, share, claim, mortgage, encumbrance, charge, loan, objection or opposition in this property, then they are requested to inform us in writing within 7 days from the date of this notice with proof.
