Public Notice - The registered real estate within the residential scheme known as 'Shilpgram-7' in Zone-B consists of the private sub-plot no. 251, covering an area of 475 square meters net plot area, currently under the independent ownership and direct possession of Jevin Rameshbhai Patel. It has been decided to sell our asset, and we have been requested by our asset for a Title Clearance Certificate. Therefore, any perso­ns having any claims, interests, shares, burdens, or rights regarding development towards the above-described property should notify us in writing at the below address within seven days from the publication of this notice.
