Later, it was re-registered under a new number, Registration No. 17562 on 25.04.2007. The original lease deed, No. 538 dated 27.04.1987, issued in favor of Concept Commutes Pvt. Ltd. (the original loan borrower of Canara Bank) has been lost/misplaced and despite extensive searches, it has not been found.
