Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, District Ahmedabad, Registration Sub-District and Taluka Bavla, village Moje Gangad, survey number 389 (old survey number 1725/2), account number 2016, area 12531 square meters, old condition agricultural land, (1) Thakor Bhavanji Viraji, resident of Patan and (2) Ritaben Jasmatbhai Mathukiya, wife of Rajeshbhai Balubhai Bamroliya, resident of Ahmedabad, they have a joint ownership and direct possession enjoyment, self-cultivated and free from all types of encumbrances. They have applied for a title clearance certificate for the above land. Therefore, any person, firm, bank, financial institution or any other who has any claim on the above land under sale, inheritance, gift, license, possession, mortgage, lien, charge, maintenance, easement, exchange, developer or financier, or agreement for sale, power of attorney, possession agreement, agreement, order or any other writing, or under any proceedings, as a family member, heir or in any other way, is hereby requested to submit a written notice of their claim along with certified copies of supporting documents within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice to the following address.
