Public Notice This is to inform the public that District Ahmedabad, Registration Sub-District and Taluka Bavla, village Gangad, City Survey Ward - Gangad (Non-Agricultural) city Survey No. NA547 (Revenue Re-Survey No. 547, Old Survey No. 1720 out of 2) area - 19350 square meters, Non-agricultural land, (1) Rita Ben Jasmatbhai Mathukiya, wife of Rajeshbhai Balubhai Bamroliya and (2) Patel Ritaben Shashikantbhai, both residing at Ahmedabad, are the joint owners and have direct possession of the above land and are free from all types of encumbrances. They have applied for title clearance certificate of the above land. Therefore, all persons, firms, banks, financial institutions, or any other who have any right, claim or interest in the above land by way of sale, inheritance, gift, license, possession, mortgage, lien, charge, maintenance, easement, exchange, developer or financier, under any agreement, power of attorney, possession agreement, memorandum of understanding, order or any other writing, or under any court proceedings, or as a family member or heir, or in any other way, are required to submit a written notice with certified copy of their proof within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice to the address mentioned below.
