Public Notice for Caution Before Buying Property We, H.H. Chauhan, Chauhan & Co. (Assoc. Advocates & Tax Cons.), G-5/6, Parshwanath Chamber, High Court Road, Bhavnagar, hereby issue this notice on the instructions of our client: The property is located in Vadva, R. Survey No. 53/54, in the area known as Anandnagar in Bhavnagar city, under the Gujarat Housing Board Scheme - EWS-48, Flat No. E-68, Block No. 30, with a built-up area of 36.94 sq.m. The current owner of the said property, Smt. Bhagvatiben Nanakram Samnani, residing in Bhavnagar, wishes to sell the property with complete vacant possession and clear title to our client. She has stated that the allotment letter for the said property is lost. Therefore, any person, institution, bank, or financial institution having any claim, charge, share, right, interest, or maintenance claim on this property must submit written documentary evidence to us within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no such action is taken within the stipulated time, it will be understood that they have waived all their rights, and our client will proceed with the final sale deed.
