Public Notice Hereby, we, Advocate Rajeshkumar Harivadan Pandya, issue this public notice to inform the general public and all interested parties that the land located in the sim of Gadadar village, Bhiloda Taluka, Arvalli Sub-District, District Arvalli, with the following details: Account No. 271, Block/Survey No. 211 (Old No. 137), with an approximate total area of 1-82-51 Hectare, Assessment 2.15, under old tenure; and Account No. 187, Survey No. 207 (Old No. 136), with an approximate total area of 3-25-31 Hectare, Assessment 4.30, under old tenure, which is agricultural land. The original farmer account holders are (1) Patel Shilyaben Hasmukhbhai and (2) Patel Yogeshkumar Trikamlal, residing at Bavsar, Taluka: Himatnagar, District: Sabarkantha. Said land is their independent/joint property and is in their possession. They have decided to sell the said agricultural land, which is free from any kind of rights, interests, encumbrances, or claims, and without any easement rights, to our client, Sharma Sandeepkumar Dhirajbhai, residing at 12, Panch Talavadi, Asarwa, Ahmedabad. We have been asked to provide an opinion on the titles to the said lands being clear, marketable, and free from encumbrances.
