Public Notice Located in Ahmedabad district, sub-district, and Sanand taluka, in the village of Mojhe Garodiya, after the re-survey of land boundaries, Survey/Block Numbers 246, 217 (Old Survey Numbers 62/3 and 62/4), the land hosts a company known as Subhagya Co. Op. Soc. Ltd., recognized as "Surmya ||". Amongst the plots in the area, Sub Plot Number CB-03, with a super area of 501 square squares (376 square net area), is announced to be under the independent ownership and possession of Gandhi Pranav Dineshchandra, free of all kinds of encumbrances. The said plot has been agreed to be sold to our acquirer, and our acquirer has requested from us a Title Clearance Certificate for the said land. On the land mentioned, if any individual or entity has any rights, claims, approximations, leases, mortgages, or encumbrances, they must notify us within seven days at the address below, along with written evidence. Failure to do so will mean that no rights, claims, or encumbrances exist on the said land, as understood by us, and a Title Clearance Certificate will be issued accordingly.
