Public Notice This is to inform the public that Sri Ramalingam Babu has applied for a Title Clearance Certificate for the sale of his property in the Sub-plot No. FA-03 of the "Suramya-3" scheme, also known as the Subhagya Co-op Housing Society Ltd., located on non-agricultural land in the survey number 269 (old survey number 30) of the Garodhiya village of Sanand taluka in the district of Ahmedabad. This property is approximately 466 sq. yards or 389.63 sq. meters with a super area of 621 sq. yards or 519 sq. meters. This includes the common plot and road area. The property is owned by Sri Ramalingam Babu, and he has sole ownership and possession of the property without any obstruction or hindrance and is free from any encumbrances. If any person has any claim, right, interest, share, encumbrance, lien, charge, or any other right over the above property, then they are required to submit written notice along with a certified copy of the proof to the following address within 7 days. If they fail to do so, then it will be considered that no person has any claim, right, interest, share, encumbrance, lien, charge, or any other right over the property, and if any such rights exist, then they have been renounced by them in favour of the owner of the property. After this, the Title Clearance Certificate will be issued, and the sale process will be completed. No objection will be entertained after that. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેરજનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છેકે, ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદના રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સબ-ડીસ્ટ્રીટ સાણંદના સાણંદ તાલુકાના મોજે ગરોડીયા ગામની સીમનારી-સવે બ્લોક/સર્વે નંબર-૨૬૯ (જુના બ્લોક/સર્વે નંબર-૩૦)ની બીનખેતીની જમીનમાં આવેલ સુભાગ્ય કો.ઓ.હા.સો.લી. ની “‘સુરમ્ય-૩” નાનામે ઓળખાતી સ્કીમના સબ-પ્લોટ નંબર-એફએ-૦૩ ની આશરે ૪૬૬ સમચીરસવાર યાને કે ૩૮૯.૬૩ સમચોરસમીટર જમીન કે જેનો સુપર એરીયા ૬૨૧ સમચોરસવાર યાને કે પવ૧૯સમચોરસમીટર છે કે જેમાં કોમન પ્લોટ તથા રસ્તાની વરાડે પડતી વ.વ. જમીનનો સમાવેશ થઈ જાય છે તે મીલકત શ્રી રામાલીન્ગમ બાબુ એ પોતાની કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલીકી પ્રત્યક્ષ કબજા ભોગવટામાં કોઈપણ જાતના અવરોધ કે અંતરાય સીવાય તમામ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મુકત સદરહુ સોસાયટીના સભાસદ તરીકે આવેલી હોવાનું જણાવી અમારી પાસેથી સદરહુ મીલકતના વેચાણના હેતુથી ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલી છે. ઉપરોકત મીલકતમાં અન્ય કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હકક, હીત, હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો, અલાખો, લીયન, ચાર્જકે અન્ય કોઈ હકક પોશાતો હોય તો તેની લેખીત જાણ આધાર પુરાવાની પ્રમાણીત નકલ સાથે અમોને નીચેના સરનામે દિન-૭માં મળે તે રીતે કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહી આવે અગર કસુરદાર થશે તો ઉપરોકત મીલકતમાં કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હકક, હીત, હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો, અલાખો, લીય, ચાર્જ અન્ય કોઈ હકક નથી અને જો હોય તો તેવા તમામ હકકો જેતે ઈસમોએ મીલકતના માલીકની તરફેણમાં જતા યાને “ધવેઈવ''કરેલ છે, તેમ સમજી સદરહુ મીલકતનું ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે તેમજવેચાણ અંગેની કા્યૅવાહીઓ કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં. રાજેશ કે. શાહ, એડવોકેટ, ૫૦૧, એડોર એસ્પાયર, જહાનવી રેસ્ટોરન્ટ પાસે, પાંજરા પોળ, યુનિવર્સિટી એરીયા, અમદાવાદ-૩૮૦૦૧૫. મો. ૯૯૨૫૦૬૬૨૨૮
