Public Notice Moje-Ghatlodiya District Ahmedabad Sub-District Ahmedabad-2 (Vadaj) Ghatlodiya The land of Survey No. 108 etc. of the boundaries of Moje-Ghatlodiya village of the Taluka (as per the current revenue records, Survey No. 108, 1089/1, 1092, 110, 111, 112, 114, 115, 116, 117, 119/1, 119/2, 120, 121, 122/1 of the boundaries of Moje-Ghatlodiya village and Survey No. 384 of the boundaries of Moje-Sola village) has been included in TP Scheme No. 28 (Ghatlodiya-Sola-Chandlodiya) and allocated Final Plot No. 6/30, 6/1, 6/32 etc., which are located on the non-agricultural land of Apornnagar O.H.A.S.O. (as per Final Plot No. 6/30, 464 sq.m.) located in it, which is City Survey No. 4915 of Ward: Ghatlodiya-1, belonging to the society with Share Certificate No. 84, Share No. 416 to 420, including rights. And (C) Property with open plot of Sub Plot No. 37 of 813 sq.m. (as per Final Plot No. 6/32, 430 sq.m.) located in it, which is City Survey No. 4917 of Ward: Ghatlodiya-1, belonging to the society with Share Certificate No. 85, Share No. 421 to 425, including rights. Tain Plus Infrastructure Private Limited has requested for opinion regarding title clearance from us, stating that the property is free from all types of encumbrances, including legal disputes, in its ownership, possession and enjoyment. If there is any kind of encumbrance, charge, lien, right of Bana, possession, or right of possession, or interest in the said property, you are requested to inform us in writing within 7 days from the date of this notice with supporting documents from the Registrar of Deeds. If it is not done, then it will be understood that there is no right of anyone in the said property and if there is any, it is waived.
