Public Notice: District: Ahmedabad Sub-District: Ahmedabad-2 (VADJ), Taluka: Ghatlodia, Village: Ghatlodia, Survey No. 254/3/3, 253/1, 253/2, 254/1, TP Scheme No. 2, Final Plot No. 116. Our client is the independent owner and possessor of the property located on non-agricultural land, namely Tenament No. D-33, in "Mahasagar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.", also known as “Aarti Tenament”. Regarding this property, the original certificate and allotment certificate issued by the said society on 04.04.1994, and Share Certificate No. 372 with share serial numbers 1859 to 1860 allotted on 21-04-1994, and the Allotment Certificate issued by Amar Estate Developers on 15-09-1994 have been misplaced at home and cannot be found despite numerous efforts. Therefore, our client has requested the society to issue duplicate certificates. If anyone has any kind of right, share, interest, connection, encumbrance, charge, etc., on the said property, they should notify us at the address below with documentary written evidence within 7 (seven) days from the publication of this public notice. Failure or delay to do so will be construed as that no one has any kind of right, share, interest, connection, encumbrance, or charge on the said property, or if there is any, they have waived their right, and the society will issue all duplicate certificates.
