Public Notice for Green City

Public Notice This notice is regarding the land located in Ghatlodia Saha village, in survey/block number - 402, in the Ahmedabad district. This land is owned by Shree Vrajshayam Co., O.H.A. So. Ltd. and is known as Green City. From the plots in this land, the following sub-plots are involved: (1) Sub plot number - 641, approximately 493 square yards (2) Sub plot number - 642, approximately 907 square yards, out of which 532 square yards (3) Sub plot number - 644, approximately 600 square yards The owner and possessor of these non-agricultural lands, Ankit Maheshbhai Viravadiya, has declared that these lands are his own independent property and are free from any encumbrances except for the mortgage loan taken from ICICI Bank. We have received a request for a Title Clearance Certificate for the above-mentioned lands. If any person or institution has any right, claim, lien, lease, mortgage or any other encumbrance on this land, then they are required to inform us in writing within 7 days with proof. Failure to do so will be considered as no encumbrance or right on the land and we will issue the Title Clearance Certificate accordingly. Any future dispute will not be entertained after this.
