Public Notice Registration district sub-district Ahmedabad - 9 (Bopal) taluka, Ghatlodiya, in the domain of Thaltej, including land from Survey/Block No. 540/1 and 532 as part of TP Scheme No. 37, designated as Final Plot Nos. 145 and 151. This un-cultivated land hosts the 'Samruddhi Bungalows-1' scheme, known as Bungalow No. 12-B with an area of 282 square yards i.e. 235.78 square meters, on which exists a construction of 325 square yards i.e. 271.74 square meters. The property, having Share Certificate No. 29, is under the independent ownership of Jayeshbhai Ranabhai Dudhat, free of encumbrances, and has clear and marketable title as declared. They have planned to sell the property, asserting that the title is clear and marketable, and have requested a certificate confirming this opinion. If any individual or institution has any right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance on this property, they must inform via registered A.D. with credible proof within 7 days. Unsubstantiated complaints will not be considered. Failure to report within this timeframe would be taken as a waiver of any claims, assuming clearance of the title, and a certificate expressing this view will be issued.
