Public Notice for TP Scheme No. 1

Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the property of "Saheli Garden Co-op. Housing Society Ltd." situated on Survey No. 71, TP Scheme No. 1, Final Plot No. 160, 161, 164 and 165, within the limits of Ghatlodiya village, Ghatlodiya Taluka, Ahmedabad-2 (Vadaj) Division, Ahmedabad District, is known as "Devkunj Apartment". It is a housing society registered under the Gujarat Co-op. Housing Society Act 1961 and its registration number is G-9314 dated 2-1-1982. The owner of Flat No. C-32 in the said society was Shri Upendrabhai Dashrathal Nayak, who passed away in 2001. Subsequently, his wife, Smt. Shobhanaben Upendrabhai Nayak, passed away in 2018. Therefore, the legal heirs and owners of the said property are (1) Arpan Upendrabhai Nayak (son) and (2) Maitri Upendrabhai Nayak (daughter), who are currently alive. The Society had issued a share certificate for this property, which has been misplaced by us. Therefore, if any person, institution or bank has any kind of encumbrance, right, interest, share, claim, burden, lien, right, lien, banakhat, mortgage, inheritance right or any other right, claim or outstanding loan or any document written or received by any person on the above share certificate, then within 7 days by registered A.D. Post. Please inform us with written proof at the below address. If you fail to do so, it will be understood that the said property does not have any right or interest in the above share certificate and if any, it has been waived. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે જત ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ સબ ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ-૨ (વાડજ) વિભાગના ઘાટલોડીયા તાલુકાના મોજે ઘાટલોડીયાની સીમના સર્વે નંબર-૭૧ પૈકી, ટી.પી. સ્કીમ નં.૧, ફા. પ્લોટ નંબર ૧૬૦, ૧૬૧, ૧૬૪ તથા ૧૬૫ની જમીન ઉપર "સાહેલી ગાર્ડન કો.ઓ.હા.સો.લી.” આવેલ છે જે "દેવકુંજ એપાર્ટમેન્ટ” ના નામથી ઓળખાય છે. જે ધી ગુજરાત કો.ઓ. હા.સો. લી. એક્ટ સને ૧૯૬૧ના કાયદા હેઠળ રજીસ્ટર થયેલ ગૃહમંડળી છે અનેતેનો રજીસ્ટર્ડનંબર-ઘ-૯૩૧૪ તા.૨-૧-૧૯૮૨ છે. સદર સોસાયટીમાં આવેલ ફલેટ નંબર સી- ૩૨ ના માલીક શ્રી ઉપેન્દ્રભાઈ દશરથલાલ નાયક નાઓ હતા જેઓનું ૨૦૦૧ ના રોજ અવસાન પામેલ. ત્યારબાદ તેઓના પત્તિ શ્રીમતી શોભનાબેન ઉપેન્દ્રભાઈ નાયકતાઓ સને ૨૦૧૮ માં અવસાન પામેલ. અને આથી સદર મીલકતના કાયદેસરના વારસદાર અને માલીક તરીકે (૧) અર્પણ ઉપેન્દ્રભાઈ નાયક (પુત્ર) તથા (૨) મૈત્રી ઉપેન્દ્રભાઈ નાયક (પુત્રી) નાઓ હાલમાં હયાતછીએ. સદર ફલેટ વાળી મીલકતનું સોસાયટી ધ્વારા શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ ઈસ્યુ કરવામાં આવેલ હતું તે સદર ઓરીજનલ શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ અમારાથી કયાંક ખોવાઈ ગયેલ છે. આથી ઉપરોકત શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ ઉપર કોઈપણ વ્યકિત સંસ્થા કે બેન્કનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હકક, હિસ્સો, દર, દાવો, બોજો, અલાખો, અધિકાર લીયન, બાનાખત, ગીરો કે વારસાઈ હકક અથવા અન્ય કોઈ હકક, અધિકાર કે બાકી લોન કે કોઈપણ શખ્સને કાચું કે પાકું લખાણ કરેલ હોય કે કોઈપણ શખ્સને મળી આવેલ હોય તો દિન-૭માં ૨જી. એ.ડી. પોસ્ટથી લેખિત પુરાવા સાથે નીચેના સરનામે જાણ કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામાં કસુર કરશો તો સદરહુ મીલકત ઉપર ઉપરોકત શેર સર્ટીફીકેટ ઉપર કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હકક હીસ્સો નથી અને જો હોય તો જતો (વેવ) કરેલ છે, તેમ સમજી આગળની કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવશે, અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ તકરાર ચાલશે નહી જેની સર્વેએ નોંધ લેવી.
