The land, which comes under lease rights, is owned by Karnavati (Vatva) Association and is located in the survey number 137. The said land consists of various industrial sheds among which industrial shed no. A/39 covers an area of approximately 224 sq.yards that is 187.29 sq.m. in land and approximately 181.80 sq.m. of industrial shed construction. This property is situated within the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation ward - GIDC Vatva and Vinzol with tenament no. 0440-35-1236-0001-A, and includes association membership and shareholding rights. The owner and possessor of the property are Jayeshkumar Shantilal Panchal. This property is stated to be completely free from any kind of burden, mortgage, charge, lien, and debt. Furthermore, it is decided to sell the said property with all rights. The title rights are clear, marketable, and free from encumbrances.
