Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub- District Ahmedabad-11 (Aslali) Taluka Dascroi, Village Moje Girmatha, according to the re-survey, Block Number-306 (Old Block Number- 239) total 3543 sq. meter uncultivated land, City Survey Record Ward: Girmatha (Uncultivated), Sheet Number-NA99, included in which, the City Survey Number-NA306 total 3543 sq. meter of uncultivated land, ‘GREEN REALTY’ partnership firm, has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us, stating that they are the sole owner and possessor of the land, and that it is free of any encumbrances. If anyone has any kind of claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance on the said land, then they should inform us in writing along with proof of the same within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address below. If this is not done, then we will assume that no one has any kind of claim, right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance on the said land and that it is relinquished. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદના સબ- ડિસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ-૧૧ (અસલાલી) ના તાલુકા દસ્ક્રોઇના ગામ મોજે ગીરમથાની સીમના રી-સર્વે અનુસાર બ્લોક નંબર-૩૦૬ (જુના બ્લોક નંબર- ૨૩૯) ની કુલ ૩૫૪૩ ચોરસમીટર બિનખેતીની જમીનનો સીટી સર્વે રેકર્ડના વોર્ડ : ગીરમથા (બીનખેતી), શીટ નંબર-NA99 માં સમાવેશ થતા તેને ફાળવવામાં આવેલ સીટી સર્વે નંબર-NA306 ની કુલ ૩૫૪૩ ચોરસમીટરના ક્ષેત્રફળની બિનખેતીની જમીન “GREEN REALTY” એ નામની ભાગીદારી પેઢી એ તેઓની સંપૂર્ણપણે સ્વતંત્ર માલિકી કબજા ભોગવટાની તમામ બોજા રહિત હોવાનું જણાવી ભાગીદારી પેઢીના ભાગીદારે અમારી પાસેથી સદરહુ જમીનના ટાઇટલ્સ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. તો સદરહુ જમીન ઉપરજો કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ- ભાગ, હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો કે બોજો હોય તો તેઓએ આ નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ (સાત) માં અમોને તે બદલના પુરાવા સહિત લેખિતમાં જાણ નીચેના સરનામે કરવી જો તેમ કરવામાં નહી આવે તો સદરહુ જમીન ઉપર અત્ય કોઇપણ વક્તિનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ- ભાગ, હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો નથી અને હોયતો તે જતો (વેવ) કરેલછે તેમમાની અમો ટાઇટલ્સ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપીશું અને ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઇપણ જાતની તકરાર ચાલશે નહી. ફાઇલ નંબર-૯૦૩૭ તારીખ-૮/૦૬/૨૦૨૪ શરદ એન.દરજી (એડવોકેટ એન્ડ નોટરી) (એમ.કોમ., એલ.એલ.બી.) ઓફીસઃ ૪૨૫, ચોથો માળ, અક્ષર આર્કેડ, મેમનગર ફાયર સ્ટેશન સામે, નવરંગપુરા, અમદાવાદ-૯ ફોનઃ ૨૬૪૬૯૮૦૦
