Notice regarding loss of sale deed and original registration receipt. This notice is to inform that the original sale deed No. 2857/18 (registration date: 13/03/2018) and original registration receipt related to the property located at Surat district, sub district Choryasi (currently Surat City), village Magoba, survey No. 29, block No. 2, out of which 2 are registered, total 12185 sq.m. non-agricultural land, out of which sub division No. 2, plot No. 1, 2, 3, 4, registered 10250 sq.m., non-agricultural land, which is included in the final plot No. 66 of TP scheme No. 64 (Dubhal-Magoba), in which “Abhishek Residency” is planned and constructed, in the building “D”, 2nd floor flat No. D/204, which has a super built up area of 1685 sq.ft., with a built-up area of 1104.25 sq.ft. or 102.63 sq.m., along with the undivided share of 58.58 sq.m. of land including parking area of the said apartment, and all the rights related to this property, which is owned by the owners, Poonima Basantlal Jain and Late Basantlal Rupchand Jain, have been lost or misplaced. We have searched for them but they are not found till today. Therefore, anyone who has found the original sale deed, original registration receipt, etc., or is in possession of these documents by any government, cooperative bank, society, organization or any other person, is requested to inform us in writing along with proof within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice at the address below and return it.
