SHAN DEVELOPERS), a company with its registered office at 20, Charankupa Society, Section-2, Shivranjani Char Rasta, Satellite, Ahmedabad, whose company registration is in the sub-district and taluka Sanand of Ahmedabad district, in the village of Moje Goraj, at plot number- 1012 (1) survey/block number-850, He-are-chomi 1-82-00 or 18200 square meters of agricultural land, (2) survey/block number-869, He-are-chomi 1-92-00 or 19200 square meters of agricultural land, and (3) survey/block number-872/1 He-are-chomi 0-47-00 or 4700 square meters of agricultural land. The above mentioned company claims to have full, independent, separate ownership and possession of the above mentioned lands, free from any encumbrances. We have been requested to provide a certificate of opinion regarding the title of the above-mentioned lands owned by the company, being clear and marketable.
