Public Notice This is to inform that Mr. Kamlesh Manubhai Shah, partner of Amma Marketing, a partnership firm, has requested a Title Clearance Certificate for the property situated in the non-agricultural land of Survey No. 537, Goraj, Taluka Sanand, District Ahmedabad. This property includes Bungalow No. 10, of the 'Dev-Aadi 14' scheme, covering an area of 707 sq.m. and includes a 113 sq.m. super built-up construction. He claims that the property is title-clear, marketable and free from any encumbrances. Therefore, if any bank, institution or individual has any lien, claim, mortgage, encumbrance, objection, or any other claim on the aforementioned property, they are requested to inform us in writing with supporting documents at the below address within seven days of the publication of this notice. Failure to do so will be considered as an acceptance that the property is free from any encumbrances, claims, or rights.
