This notice is to inform that a project named "Sarveshwar Flat" is being planned on the land with survey numbers 194 to 1947, 12, 215, 281, 282, 282/1, 283, 284, 286, 287, 292 to 294, 298/1, 298/2, 395, 396 in Moje-Gorwa. In this scheme, the current owner of Block No. 11 on the fourth floor is Jalpasinh Sudipsinh Gor. The original receipt of the sale document No. 1405/2004 is missing, and despite several attempts, it has not been found. Therefore, our client has requested a title clearance certificate. If any person, bank, institution, etc. has any claim, share, right, interest, encumbrance, charge, lien or any dispute regarding the possession of the said property, please provide written information along with documentary evidence within 06 days from the date of publication of this notice at our address mentioned below via registered post.
