We, (1) Patel Kayurbhai Satishchandra and (2) Patel Minaben Satishchandra, both residents of Alina, Taluka Matar, District Kheda, currently residing in USA, hereby declare that we are the joint owners and occupants of the property registered in the District Vadodara, Sub-District Vadodara, situated at Gova village, Survey No. 36, 637, where the Jesal Co-op Society Limited is built, with Blocks/Plots No. 35, 36 and 30. We hereby declare that we shall not have any financial or business dealings with Ditesh bhai Goradhanbhai Patel or any other person regarding the said property. No transaction shall be carried out in our or our family's name related to this property. We have no interest, share or right in the said property. We request all to refrain from engaging in any transactions regarding this property by misleading or inducing people. We will not be bound by any transaction that you may carry out, and the organization or individual who facilitates any dealings with him will be responsible. We, the owners of the property, will not be held responsible for any such transaction. Please take note of this.
