Public Notice Regarding Title Clearance This is to inform the public that the land bearing Survey No. 926/1, situated in the village of Gorwa, falling within the jurisdiction of the Registration District Vadodara, Sub-District Vadodara, has been allotted Final Plot No. 177 under T.P. Scheme No. 13. Out of the total area of 4629.00 sq. meters, a portion measuring 4059.50 sq. meters, registered with the City Survey Office: Vadodara-2, Ward: Ward-2(Gorwa) as City Survey No. 5131/B, comprising Sub Plot No. 2, an open space measuring 1000.50 sq. meters, is owned by the partnership firm named AVALON ENTERPRISE. The aforementioned open plot property is under the independent ownership, possession, and enjoyment of its owner. They have requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us for the said open plot property. Therefore, we hereby issue this public notice to inform that if any person has any right, share, interest, lien, charge, burden, or any claim whatsoever on the said property, or if any right has been established by any document whatsoever on the said property, they should inform us in writing with proof by registered A.D. within 4 days of the publication of this notice. If no objection is received within the stipulated time, we will proceed with the issuance of the Title Clearance Certificate.
