Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that the property listed under District Ahmedabad, Registration District Ahmedabad-8 (Sola), within the boundaries of Gota in Ghatlodiya taluka, Survey Number 2732275, included in TP Scheme Number 33, Final Plot Number 106, measuring 3620 square meters of non-agricultural land on which Pushpraj Residency’s Block B, Flat Number B-104 approximately 108.70 square meters (Super Built-up) and 34.155 square meters of the unpartitioned portion of the Final Plot Number 106, are solely and independently owned by our client Vimala Virendra Thakkar. It is noted that a claim has been made for a Title Clear Certificate. All individuals having any stake or share or any kind of encumbrances or liens should notify through registered post at the given address within 7 days from the publication of this notice, failing which no claims will be entertained, deemed waived and the right title will be clear and marketable with a 'Title Clear Certificate' to be issued thereafter. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદ, રજી. ડિસ્ટ્રિક્ટ અમદાવાદ-૮ (સોલા) ના ઘાટલોડીયા તાલુકાના મોજે ગોતાની સીમના બ્લોક/ સર્વેનં-૨૭૩૨૨૭૫ જમીનનો સમાવેશ ટી.પી. સ્કીમ નંબર-૩૩માં થતાં ફાળવેલ ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નંબર-૧૦૬ ની ૩૬૨૦ ચોરસમીટર બિનખેતીની જમીન ઉપર આવેલ પુષ્પરાજ રેસીડેન્સી નામની સ્કીમના બ્લોક-બી માં પહેલા માળનાં ફલેટ નં. બી-૧૦૪ની આશરે ૧૩૦ ચોરસવાર યાતે કે ૧૦૮.૭૦ ચોરસમીટર (સુપર ભિલ્ટઅપ) એરિયાના બાંધકામવાળી તથા ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નંબર-૧૦૬ની જમીનમાં ૩૪.૧૫૫ચોરસમીટરવગર વહેંચાયેલ હિસ્સાની માલિકી હક્ક સહિતની મિલકત, તે અમારા અસીલ વિમળા વિરેન્દ્ર ઠક્કરની સ્વતંત્ર માલીકી તેમજ કબ્જા ભોગવટાની આવેલ હોવાનું જણાવી અમારી પાસે ટાઇટલ ક્લિયર સર્ટિફિકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. સબબ સર્વેશખ્સો કે જેમનો ઉપરોક્ત મિલકતમાં ખોરાકી પોશાકી કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ હક્ક હિસ્સો ચાર્જ બોજો અલાખો કે લિયન ચાર્જ પોષાતો હોયતો તેઓએ આ નોટિસ પ્રસિઘ્ધ થયેથી દિન -૭ (સાત) માંતે અંગેના તમામ કાયદેસર લેખિત પુરાવા સહિત નીચેના સરનામે રજીસ્ટર્ડ ટપાલ દ્વારા જાણ કરી વાંધો નોંધાવવો. જો તેમ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો ઉપરોક્ત મિલકતમાં કોઈનો પણ કોઈ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ હક્ક હિસ્સો પોષાતો નથી અને હોય તો તે જતો યાને વેઇવ' કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી અમારા અસીલના હક્ક રાઇટ ટાઇટલ ક્લિયર અને માર્કેટેબલ હોવા બાબતનું ““ટાઇટલ ક્લિયર સર્ટિફિકેટ” 'ઇશ્યુ કરવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં તેની નોંધ લેશો.
