Public Notice District: Ahmedabad, Sub-District: Ahmedabad-8 (Sola), Ghatlodiya Taluka, Village: Gota, Survey No. 79/1/2 (Khata No. 911), Area: 10414 sq.m. As per the opinion of the Town Planning Officer, Town Planner-1, Ahmedabad Urban Planning Scheme Unit-1, Ahmedabad, dated 23/10/2023, Final Plot No. P/2, Area: 6248 sq.m. has been allotted in TP Scheme No. 57 (Gota-Oganj-Jagatpur-Chharodi-Khodiyar-Khoraj). This Final Plot No. P/2, Area: 6248 sq.m. multi-purpose non-agricultural land with permission, owned by Astha Vinayak Real Estate Developers Limited, is in independent ownership and possession and free from all types of encumbrances. The authorized Director of the above-mentioned company has requested us for the title clearance certificate of the above-mentioned land on behalf of and on behalf of the company. Therefore, if any person has any kind of encumbrance or right-claim on the above-mentioned land, please inform in writing within 7 days at the below address by registered post along with the certified copy of the written evidence. If there is any default or delay in doing so, it will be considered that no rights are vested in any person on the above land or if vested, it has been relinquished in favour of the owner of the land.
