Through this notice, it is hereby informed to all concerned that in the Dream House Co-op Housing Society Ltd., Registration No. MUM/MMRDA/HSG/(TC)/343/2016-17, Appendix No. 16, as per Bye-law No. 35, located at Building No. 32/B, MMRDA Colony, Off Village Borla, Natwar Parekh Compound, Indian Oil Nagar, Govandi P., Mumbai - 400 043, a written application has been submitted to the society by Shri. Usman Ghulam Qureshi (Son) for the transfer of Flat No. 208, standing in the name of the deceased member Late Smt. Sushila Hanumant Mistry alias Khatoon B. Ghulam Qureshi, after her demise, and for his admission as a member of the society. The deceased member of the society has not registered any heir with the society as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960, Rule 1961, and the bye-laws. If anyone other than the applicant heir mentioned below claims to be the original heir of the deceased member, or if there are other legal co-heirs regarding the applicant heir, or if there is any objection from other legal co-heirs regarding the applicant heir, or if there is any legal encumbrance of any bank, financial institution, or any person on the said flat, then such persons or institutions should contact the Secretary of the above society with prior notice and appointment, along with original legal documents and proofs, within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement, during office hours from 6 PM to 9 PM. If no objections of any kind are received within the stipulated period, the society will assume that the applicant who has applied as an heir is the legal heir of the deceased member's flat and the legal heir of the deceased member's premises. The society will then transfer the shares and the flat in the society in the name of such applicant and will recommend legal action to the concerned administrative office.
