It is announced that part of the land measuring 1-21-41 hectares has been decided to be sold to us, for which they have requested a certificate regarding the opinion that the title is clear and marketable. In this regard, if any person or institution has any right, interest, share, claim, burden, or restriction concerning this land, they must notify the Registrar through a written document with certified evidence within 7 (seven) days. Unsupported claims will not be considered, and if there is any negligence in this matter, it is understood that no rights or claims by any person or institution will exist, and they are considered waived. A certificate of title clearance will be issued afterward, followed by no disputes.
