CAUTIONARY PUBLIC NOTICE It is hereby informed to all concerned through this public notice that the property described in detail in the schedule below is owned and possessed by our client, Shri. Rashid Adam Shaikh, through purchase. Regarding this property, our clients have obtained a permanent prohibitory order against Shri. Arvind Balasaheb Chavan and Smt. Aruna Arvind Chavan from the Civil Court on 06-12-2001 in Civil Suit No. 2373/2000, which is still in force. Furthermore, revenue court cases are pending regarding this property. Shri. Arvind Chavan and Smt. Aruna Chavan have no connection whatsoever with this property. Despite this, Shri. Arvind Chavan and Smt. Aruna Chavan are attempting to create rights and interests of third parties on this property by misleading the public and providing incomplete and incorrect information. They do not have any legal right or authority to do so. Therefore, through this notice, it is hereby informed to all concerned that no one should enter into any kind of transaction with the aforementioned individuals, namely Shri. Arvind Balasaheb Chavan and Smt. Aruna Arvind Chavan, their agents, power of attorney holders, or any other person on their behalf, regarding the property mentioned in the schedule below. If any such transaction occurs, it will be illegal, and such a transaction will not be binding on our clients. This public notice is being published on behalf of our clients to prevent any fraud due to such alleged illegal transactions regarding the property. SCHEDULE: Description of the property - The property located in Tukadi Pune, Potatukadi, Taluka Haveli, within the jurisdiction of the Sub-Registrar Haveli, in Hadapsar village, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation, bearing Survey No. 163A/1A/15, with a total area of 00 Hectares 02 Ares.
