Rashid Adam Shaikh, through purchase. Regarding this property, our clients have obtained a permanent prohibitory order against Shri. Arvind Balasaheb Chavan and Smt. Aruna Arvind Chavan from the Civil Court on 06-12-2001 in Civil Suit No. 2373/2000, which is still in force. Furthermore, revenue court cases are pending regarding this property. Shri. Arvind Chavan and Smt. Aruna Chavan have no connection whatsoever with this property. Despite this, Shri. Arvind Chavan and Smt. Aruna Chavan are attempting to create rights and interests of third parties on this property by misleading the public and providing incomplete and incorrect information.
