PUBLIC NOTICE Through this public notice, our client, Smt. Ayesha Fazal Shaikh, residing at Flat No. 504, Survey No. 74, Galli No. 21/A, Sayyad Nagar, Near Umar Masjid, Hadapsar, Pune - 411028, who is engaged in the logistics business, had officially appointed Shri. Aziz Haroon Patel, residing at Etasha 'A' Wing, Flat No. 103, Handewadi Road, Hadapsar, Pune - 411028, through a registered Power of Attorney, to handle matters related to her business, such as truck ownership transfer processes, compliance with truck-related regulations, court cases, legal matters, and tax-related issues concerning the Regional Transport Office (RTO). Our client had issued the Power of Attorney to the aforementioned person on December 15, 2025, under Registration No. 33821/5/22, at Haveli Office No. 1, Pune. However, our client has now cancelled the said Power of Attorney for the future. Information regarding the cancellation of the Power of Attorney has also been communicated to Shri. Aziz Haroon Patel, residing at Etasha 'A' Wing, Flat No. 103, Handewadi Road, Hadapsar, Pune - 411028, through a legal notice dated April 20, 2026. Through this notice, it is also publicly declared that the Power of Attorney with Registration No. 33821/5/22 can no longer be used in any manner, as all rights granted under it have been withdrawn by our client. Accordingly, a warning is being issued that no person should conduct any transaction based on the said Power of Attorney.
