Public Notice This is to inform the public that the land situated in the village of Hajatiya, taluka Mahudha, district Kheda, bearing survey number 253, which has been re-surveyed as block/survey number 252, with a total area of 0-44-52 sq.m., is owned by Maheshbhai Punambhai, Ranjanben Punambhai, Anilbhai Punambhai, Ajaybhai Pravinbhai Patel, and Niren bhai Pravinbhai Patel, all residing at Sindhaili, taluka Mahudha, district Kheda. They have requested a title clear and marketable certificate from us, stating that the land is free of encumbrances and marketable. Any person/bank/financial institution having any type of claim, right, interest, mortgage, encumbrance, alakh, revenue charges, banakhat, easement, loan, maintenance or agricultural rights on the said property, is requested to notify the above-mentioned address in writing along with all supporting documents, within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no response is received within the stipulated time, it will be deemed that no objection exists, and if any objection exists, it is waived (vev).
