Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Puriben Keshaji Thakor, Savdhanji Keshaji Thakor, Dilipji Keshaji Thakor, Beniben Gandaji Thakor, Dashrathji Gandaji Thakor, Kalaji Gandaji Thakor, Mahendrajji Gandaji Thakor, Rameshji Gandaji Thakor, Naginjji Babuji Thakor, Kiran Babuji Thakor, Baldevji Nagarji Thakor, Bhanuben (widow of Ganeshji Thakor), Rameshji Nagarji Thakor, Madhuben Nagarji Thakor and Sanjay Nagarji Thakor have applied for a Title Clearance Certificate from us for a plot of land in the village of Hajippur, Taluka Kalol, District Gandhinagar. This plot is located within the boundaries of Block Number 216 (Old Survey Number 428) and covers a total area of 9056 square meters, out of which 3556 square meters are agricultural land. The applicants claim to be the sole and rightful owners of the land, free from any encumbrances, and that the title to the land is clear and marketable. Therefore, if anyone has any kind of claim, interest, right, share, debt or encumbrance on this land, they must inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days of this notice being published. They must also provide us with all necessary documents and evidence in support of their claim. If no such information is received within the stipulated time, we will assume that no one has any claim, interest, right, share, debt or encumbrance on this land and that any such claims have been relinquished. We will then proceed to issue a Title Clearance Certificate for the land. Any further disputes regarding the land will not be entertained after the issuance of the certificate.
