Out of the plots received by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation under TP Scheme, 03 plots for "School" and "School and Playground" purposes for construction and use of Education-01 type (Primary School, Secondary School, Higher Secondary School) as per the prevailing CGDCR-2017 provisions; "Tender cum E-Auction" is organized to transfer them on a 99-year lease, subject to the provisions of the Urban Area Development Authority Allotment of Land Site / Grant of Development Rights Regulations-2002 (Disposal of Land and Other Properties) and the tender conditions. The AMC reserves the unconditional right to consider or not consider a bidder eligible for e-auction after preliminary scrutiny, which shall be acceptable, approved, and binding to all.
