Ltd. has requested for a title clearance opinion for a sub-plot/bungalow No. 28 measuring 802 sq.m., including the construction of 171.70 sq.m., located on the said land. The property is situated in the City Survey Ward: TP 3/3-4 Sheikhpur Khanpur Changispur, and has been allotted City Survey No. 3181 with an area of 802 sq.m. The property is owned, possessed and enjoyed jointly by (1) Urmila Muljibhai, (2) Jagruti Muljibhai, (3) Chandrika Muljibhai, (4) Niru Mukesh Patel (wife), (5) Mansi Mukesh Patel, (6) Saurabh Mukesh Patel, and (7) Rupali Mukesh Patel. The property is free from all types of encumbrances and legal disputes.
