Public Notice Ahmedabad District, Ahmedabad Sub District, Ahmedabad - 3 (Memnagar), Sabarmati Taluka, Changispur, TP Scheme No. 3, Final Plot No. 407/2, Anand Cooperative Housing Society Limited is located in the land and the society's Roopa Building is located on the 7th floor. Flat No. 73, measuring 84.60 sq.m. (as per tax bill), the property of the deceased Hemendra Babulal Shah's heirs 1) Smitaben Hemendramal Shah, 2) Akash Hemendra Shah and 3) Jainam Hemendrabhai Shah, Deccan - Ahmedabad have declared that they are the joint owners in possession and enjoyment of the property and that the property is completely free from all kinds of encumbrances. They have sought an opinion on the title of the said property. Because the property is not subject to any encumbrance, claim, right, share, or any type of mortgage, lien, charge or license in possession from any financial institution, bank, corporation, company, firm, organization or any person. If any person has a right of possession/ownership/maintenance/residence, they are requested to inform us in writing along with documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the address given below. If they fail to do so, we will assume that there is no claim, right, share, encumbrance on the said property or any part thereof, and if there is any, it has been waived by all concerned. We will issue the title certificate after the expiry of the stipulated time.
