Public Notice Located in - Hanspura, Asarva Taluka of Ahmedabad District Block No. 1b/r/4 covering 3847 sq.m, under T.P. Scheme No. 109, F.P No. 43/3 piece of land of sub-plot No. 4 covering 2307.99 sq.m for multi-purpose, non-agricultural use YASHVI DEVELOPERS, a partnership firm owning the land free of all encumbrances and liens, has decided to sell this earmarked land to us. We, the assignees, have requested a title clearance certificate from the developers concerning this land. Therefore, anyone having any claims, prohibitions from the court, existing lawsuits, should submit proof in writing within 7 days from the publication of this notice to the address given below (Unsubstantiated pleas will not be considered).
