Public Notice This is to inform by this public notice that, in the revenue survey block number 39, of the village Thaltej, in the taluka of Ghatlodia, in the district of Jat, in the land of TP number 2, FP number 74, in the non-agricultural land of "Ratna Shree Co. O. H. So. Li. Ke, which is known as "Suvas Complex," the properties of the following details, including the individual units, that is, flats and shops, are requested to be purchased from the original owner of the property by our client. The properties are owned by the original owner and are occupied by them. For the purpose of obtaining a title clear certificate, we have published this public notice for the following properties: (1) Jay Deepakkumar Patel, owner of flat number C-12 (2) Darshanbhai Babubhai Prajapati, owner of flat C-1 (3) Desai Manishkumar Chaganbhai, owner of flat number D-9 (4) Surendrakor Bhatti, owner of flat D-3 (5) Patel Jibhai Harjibhai, owner of S-228 (6) Anilbhai Podar, owner of flat B-6. If any person or entity has any right, interest, share, claim, or any other claim related to the property mentioned above, please submit documentary evidence to the address mentioned below within 7 days of this notice.
